Ok so a little info about me… I started working in the Health and Fitness space over 6 Years ago! I made the move from my corporate job in Human Resources as it just wasn’t fulfilling me in the way I knew I wanted. I have been a Personal Trainer in an amazing Gym ever since qualifying and I have loved it ever since!
About 4 years ago I competed in a Bikini Bodybuilding Competition to really push myself to my limits and learn as much as I possibly could for both myself and my clients. I definitely learnt a lot and am so glad that I did it. However, I also learnt that it was quite an extreme approach and that getting to that level of body fat percentage didn’t equate to happiness.
Since then, I have become a HUGE advocate for teaching my clients a more BALANCED approach! Something more sustainable and enjoyable where they are still achieving their weight loss and muscle building goals without forgoing the food they love and resorting to extreme measures.
